June was another busy month for the Yolo Investments portfolio, with businesses raising additional capital and securing new partnerships.
Ecartic completes Series A funding round for online privacy product BlufVPN®
Venture hub Ecartic completed its Series A funding round for group venture BlufVPN® by raising a significant amount of capital and bringing in seasoned investors from fintech and digital consumer businesses to give it strategic edge in it’s growth phase.
BlufVPN® will introduce the virtual private network product to several key European and Latin American markets in the upcoming months after its recent completion of a brand and user interface overhaul. It aims to be the number one online privacy product in Europe by 2025.
“We know how competitive the virtual private network market is these days,” Miko Salo, CEO at Ecartic, said. “However, with a clear positioning and relevant product offering, we see tremendous potential in BlufVPN attacking the growth in key markets around the world, not just in the VPN sector but in online privacy as a whole.”
Caleta Games goes live with Big Bola in Mexico
Brazil-based games studio Caleta Gaming announced that its full portfolio of casino content, including video bingos, kenos, slots and lotto games, is now live with operator Big Bola, one of Mexico’s biggest online casino operators.
The deal further strengthens Caleta’s presence in Latin America in a deal which will see Big Bola players enjoying a series of Mexican-themed video bingos.
“Mexico is one of the biggest markets in the Americas and the world,” said Hugo Baungartner, Head of Sales at Caleta Gaming. “We are very pleased to make our bingo games, as well as our slots, kenos and lotto games, available to Big Bola online.”
OneTouch extends reach with White Hat Gaming partnership
Mobile-first games developer OneTouch partnered with White Hat Gaming to distribute its innovative slot titles across the platform provider’s growing content aggregation portfolio.
Leading casino brands in White Hat Gaming’s network will now be able to access OneTouch’s best slots, adding fresh content and driving further player engagement, while OneTouch will broaden its expanding reach to new operators and territories.
